When two students share a workout we refer to it as a semi-private session. These sessions are similar to privates in that you and your workout partner receive more personalized attention than you would in a small group class. It is a fun and healthy way to spend time with a friend or loved one, creating a one-of-a-kind experience that will increase your range of motion and mental focus, while decreasing your stress and helping you stay injury free. The class will be planned accordingly to the students’ needs.
For these classes, we suggest that the participants are at a similar level of mobility and flexibility.
